Product Development and Marketing
- Responsible for devising the operational manual of new products;
- Implement product strategies and marketing campaigns to grow the Bank’s share of the industry wallet through new product development, research and consolidate trends in the marketplace;
- To liaise with regulatory authority in respect of the launch of new product;
- Deal with Promotion Agencies for various marketing promotional issues and to follow up all promotion campaigns and events.   

Retail Banking
- Prepare credit proposal through assessing Borrower/Guarantor’s financial standing, creditability and to ensure all the required procedures and documents have been completed and collected before releasing the loan;
- Responsible for soliciting business opportunities in respect of mortgage/ deposit and contributing to agreed business targets;
- Check the follow-up work after the approval of property loans including legal and statutory affairs, draw down, principal repayment and interest payment, filing, etc;
- Monitor the customer’s account closely in order to detect any possible doubtful clients and to perform credit review for taking necessary protective measures.

Compliance Officer – Internal Control and Regulatory Compliance Department (Aug 05 – Apr 07)

- Conduct regular compliance examination / ad hoc investigation on the   Bank’s status of compliance with both national and local regulations;
- Follow up and monitor the progress of the Bank’s rectification on the weakness cited in the compliance and internal audit examinations.
- Exam whether relevant departments have devised appropriate control measures to ensure that the operations are in compliance with the newly promulgated rules and regulations;
- Provide training on compliance issues to staff of the Bank;
- Assist the Bank to liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities during on-site examination.

Supervisor III – Accounts Department (May 01- June 02)
SENG HENG BANK LIMITED
- Responsible in preparing reports on Investment Portfolio, financial instruments  such as equity, swap, options etc;
- Assist in preparing ALCO report;
- Weekly and monthly reporting on Financial Highlights and Bank Reconciliation;
- Assist in preparing monthly and ad hoc reports to AMCM.

Treasury & Financial Reporting Assistant – Financial Control Department (Aug 00 – Dec 00)
HONG KONG & SHANGHAI BANKING CORP.
- Responsible for the daily and monthly reports on Treasury Income;
- Daily reports and analysis on mismatch position of asset, liability and forward transaction which brings to better risk management;
- Responsible for CAD (Capital Adequacy Derivatives) – a system for computing the capital adequacy of the bank;
- Assist in preparing ALCO report;
- Assist in monthly, quarterly P/L and Balance Sheet of the Bank.

Export Processing Clerk – Trade Service Department  (May 00 – Jul 00)

- Collecting money for exporters from overseas banks;
- Handled all relevant shipping documents;
