My Undergraduate Courses has offered me a valuable opportunity to learn from professor and student. It was a solid experience to listen explanations and advices. The academic learning period equip me with basic knowledge of my professional. The courses provided technical and conceptual skills for me to work as a professional in construction aspect, such as AUTO-CAD 2D&3D drawing, prepare Bill of contract, dispute resolution and engineering contract procedure. In my start of career life, I was worked for one of the largest contractor in Hong Kong. I learned the basic knowledge to be a quantity surveyor, likes Tendering, Budget transfer, Forecasting, Liability, Work done measurement and more importantly, communicate with colleague.
